New Partnership with Ceras Health!

Our goal at the Family Practice of Jeffersonville and Jeffersonville Family & Geriatric Medicine is to provide our patients with the best care. We have recently partnered with a company named Ceras Health to provide qualified Medicare services that will help our patients manage any health issues they may be facing.

​

This program will give our patients 24/7 access to our Ceras Patient Care Coordinator, Marina, to answer any health-related questions. In addition, our patients have the opportunity to receive a smartwatch to help monitor their vital signs, such as blood pressure, heart rate, pulse, oximetry, and temperature, in between office visits.
