Our Practice

Dr. Scott Yarmark established Family Practice of Jeffersonville in 2000. One year later, Dr. William Dickerman joined him by establishing his own practice, Jeffersonville Family & Geriatric Medicine. Together, with the support of a dedicated staff, they are committed to the care and treatment of their patients in the office, hospital, and nursing facilities.

Our Providers

Scott Yarmark, DO

Physician

Dr. Yarmark earned his undergraduate degree in Chemistry from Dickinson College. He then attended The Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and graduated in 1986. Dr. Yarmark completed his residency at Suburban General Hospital in East Norriton (now Suburban Community Hospital). He is a board certified family practitioner with admitting privileges to Suburban and Einstein-Montgomery hospitals. Dr. Yarmark is on the board of directors at Suburban Community Hospital and is the Medical Director for multiple nursing facilities. His patients always come first and is well known for his great bedside manner. Outside of work, Dr. Yarmark is a natural handyman and car enthusiast. He and his wife, Tammy, have two children.

William Dickerman, DO

Physician

Dr. Dickerman, originally from Virginia, attended Bridgewater College for his undergraduate degree. He then graduated from The Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1986 and completed his residency at Suburban General Hospital (now Suburban Community Hospital). He is board certified in family practice and geriatrics with admitting privileges to Suburban and Einstein-Montgomery hospitals. Outside of the office, Dr. Dickerman has a passion for skiing, whether it be on the slopes or in the water. He and his wife, Wendy, have two children.

Dawn Delaney, CRNP

Nurse Practitioner

Dawn graduated from Widener University in 2012 with her Bachelors of Science in Nursing. She has worked as a registered nurse at Einstein Medical Center Philadelphia on Geriatric Psychiatry, Surgical/Trauma Step-Down, and Neuro Science Step-Down. She earned her MSN as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Widener University, graduating in 2017. She joined Dr. Yarmark and Dr. Dickerman in the Fall of 2018. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, going to Lake Wallenpaupack and Sea Isle, and spending time with her husband and twin babies.

Ryan Anne Pishock, CRNP

Nurse Practitioner

Ryan Anne is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. She graduated from Drexel University with a Bachelor's in Nursing and a Master's in Nursing. She received her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Holy Family University. Ryan also teaches Nurse Practitioner students at Moravian University and has spent her entire nursing career caring for the older adult population. In her free time, she enjoys learning and spending time with her family and children.

Meghan Kohuth, CRNP

Nurse Practitioner

Meghan is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of experience in emergency medicine. Meghan holds both Bachelor's and Doctorate degrees in nursing from Temple University, demonstrating her dedication to excellence in healthcare. Meghan's professional interests are diverse, ranging from acute illness management to disease prevention. She has a particular passion for healthy weight management, mental health, and overall wellness, catering to patients of all ages with personalized care. Outside of her professional commitments, Meghan prioritizes self-care through regular exercise and meditation. She treasures precious moments spent with her daughter and their dog, Lynx.

THE PRACTICE

Directions

Our new office is located in the Norriton Office Center in East Norriton, 1 street down from Swede Road at the corner of Hillcrest Ave and West Germantown Pike. Convenient parking is located around the building and office complex.

From the Old Office (1246 W Main St.)

  • Turn left onto W Main St. and head northwest  (approximately 1 mile)

  • Turn right onto N Whitehall Rd. and follow the road for 2 miles

  • Continue past Norristown Area High School

  • Turn right onto W Germantown Pike (immediately passing Einstein-Montgomery Hospital)

  • Continue approximately 1.5 miles

  • The office will be on the right in the Norriton Office Center (Suite 155 in the first red brick building facing Germantown Pike)

 

From the King of Prussia Mall (W Dekalb Pike and S Gulph Rd.)

  • From US-202 N/ W Dekalb Pike, head northeast

  • Cross W Main St. and continue on US 202 N/W Dekalb Pike

  • Stay straight and continue onto Swede Rd.

  • Turn left after approximately 1 mile onto W Germantown Pike

  • Turn left at the next traffic light followed by a right into the Norriton Office Center (complex of red brick office buildings)

  • The office will be in the building facing Germantown Pike

From Pottstown (US-422 E)

  • Merge onto US-422 E and continue for approximately 15 miles

  • Take the exit toward Audubon onto Egypt Rd.

  • Take a left after 1 mile onto S Park Ave

  • Cross W Main St. and continue on N Park Ave

  • Turn right onto W Germantown Pike

  • Stay on W Germantown Pike for approximately 3 miles (past Einstein-Montgomery Hospital)

  • The office will be on the right in the Norriton Office Center (Suite 155 in the first red brick building facing Germantown Pike)
